Mr. Tung holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Investment from Newcastle Business School (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi.

He possesses extensive expertise and many years of management experience in the finance and investment sector. Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), Chief Financial Officer of Thinh Phat Business Development Joint Stock Company, Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors of BIM Group Vietnam, Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board and Head of Finance and Accounting at Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company. He currently serves as Director of the Finance Division at Capital Securities Joint Stock Company.
