Mr. Hoang Quoc Trung is a finance and accounting professional, elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Tracodi Construction Group Joint Stock Company as of July 1, 2025.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and brings over 12 years of experience in financial accounting across various sectors including manufacturing, trade, and services. Prior to joining Tracodi, he held several key positions such as Chief Accountant, Head of Supervisory Board, and Member of Supervisory Board at companies like NanoHome, Logistics An Lac, AAA Insurance, BCG Land, Nguyen Hoang Development, and other subsidiaries of the Bamboo Capital ecosystem.

Mr. Ha holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's degree in Construction Management, and a Bachelor of Laws degree. He possesses extensive expertise in construction management, along with many years of experience in corporate governance and supervisory board operations.
Throughout his career, he has held various key positions, including Deputy Director of the Thu Thiem Construction Investment Project Management Board and Head of the Project Management Department at the Project Management Board under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of several companies within the Bamboo Capital Group ecosystem, including Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG), BCG Energy Joint Stock Company, BCG Land Joint Stock Company, Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, and AAA Insurance Corporation.

Mr. Vo Van Hoa is a highly experienced professional in financial accounting, officially elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Tracodi Construction Group Joint Stock Company as of July 1, 2025.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting and brings nearly 30 years of experience in the construction, trading, and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has served as Chief Accountant and Head of Accounting at prominent organizations including Viet Quoc Construction Decoration Co., Ltd., Tan Thanh Do Group JSC, Tanixa Technology, and Shuaa Investment and Trading JSC.
