King Crown Infinity residential and commercial complex building was officially broken ground – This is one of the  most outstanding projects – the heart of Thu Duc Creative City with a variety of outstanding facilities, worthy of a classy lifestyle. The project is scheduled for sale launch in early 2021 and hand-over in 2023.

Located at 218 Vo Van Ngan Street, Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc District – a prime location of the “future” Thu Duc Creative City, King Crown Infinity is connected directly to the main highways, only 5 – 10 minutes to the city center and High Tech Industrial Zone via Xa Lo Ha Noi highway and Metro railway line.

On November 10th, the Government approved the results of reviewing and evaluating the planned area for the establishment of Thu Duc Creative City in accordance with the criteria of a class-1 urban. When merging three eastern districts, Thu Duc City will have many key infrastructure transportation networks such as the Thong Nhat railway line, Highway 1, Highway 13, Xa Lo Ha Noi and Metro railway line. As a result, this area will become an investment hot spot, contributing to the formation of value-added chains based on high-tech platforms and modern technical infrastructure. It’s expected that Thu Duc City can contribute up to 30% of GRDP to HCMC in the future, equivalent to 7% of the country’s GDP.
