BCG expecting revenue from Radisson Blu Quy Nhon project from 2020?

(Vietnamdaily) – Malibu Hoi An is expected to hand over in Q3/2020 and operated by the Radisson Hotel Group.

After the first successful cooperation for Malibu Hoi An project, on December 9, Casa Marina Resort Tourism Company Limited and Nguyen Hoang Development JSC, members of Bamboo Capital Group, entered into agreements for the construction, opening and management of Radisson Blu Quy Nhon Resort with Radisson Hotels Asia Pacific Investments Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world’s leading hospitality management companies.

Radisson Blu Quy Nhon is Casa Marina phase 2 which includes 160 top hill villas with sea view on an area of 12 hectares in Quy Nhon, adjacent to the existing resort.

BCG is expecting to record the profit of this project in 2020-2021. Phase 1 of this resort is operating effectively with occupancy rates of 70% on weekdays and 100% on holidays.

 

Malibu Hoi An has been deployed by Bamboo Capital Group since the second half of last year. Sofar, the civil works for condotels has been completed and the civil works for    resort villas has also been progressed by 80%.

The project has 668 condotels and 96 private beach villas on an area of 11 hectares. Malibu Hoi An is expected to hand over in Q3/2020 and operated by Radisson Hotel Group.

On December 12, Malibu Hoi An was honored to received the two titles of “Beachfront Luxury Resort Villa Development” and “Best Luxury Condotel Architectural” in South East Asia at the privileged Dot Property Awards.

According to BCG’s BOD, the company’s revenue and profit structure since 2019 will be shifting to the real estate and renewable energy sectors gradually. Particularly in 2019, BCG is likely to record a large cash flow and achieve roughly VND 312 billion in net profit. Until 2023, BCG is estimating to reach VND 826.5 billion in net profit.
