On the morning of September 29, 2020, Skylar Joint Stock Company - a member company of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company signed a contract to supply and install rooftop solar power system with Khang Dat Wood Company Limited. (Vietnam) and Sheng He Wood One Member Limited Company (Vietnam) with a total capacity of 8.3 MW in Linh Trung 3 Export Processing Zone, Tay Ninh province.
In which, Skylar signed a contract to supply and install a rooftop solar power system with 6 MW Khang Dat Wood One Member Limited Company in a bond package for the supply and install of the rooftop solar power system to 19.5 MW by BCG Energy. The entire project in the 19.5 MW package is expected to be completed and generated electricity in 2020.
In addition, Skylar also signed a contract to supply and install a rooftop solar PV systems with Sheng He Wood Company (Vietnam) with a capacity of 2.3 MW.

Not long ago, in early September the company signed a contract to install the first 5.55 MW rooftop solar power system in a 19.5 MW package with Dean Shoes Group on the FreeTrend plant in the EPZ. Linh Trung 2, HCMC.
The success of signing the contract to supply and install rooftop solar power system with the three above enterprises in Linh Trung Export Processing Zone in September is considered one of the successes that BCG Energy achieved and is in the goal of completing 500 MW of rooftop solar energy for the period from 2020 to 2024. Currently, BCG Energy has signed a series of rooftop solar projects with the total capacity of the project portfolio up to near 100 MW.
Along with that, BCG Energy's rooftop solar PV system supply and installation contracts also show great potential coming from rooftop solar power. According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, rooftop solar power is a clean, renewable power source that is dispersed, small-scale, consumed on the spot, reducing the loss of transmission, distribution and utilization of grid infrastructure.
