(BCG) On April 25, 2019, the MOU signing ceremony between Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Ricons) and Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) was successfully held. BCG will be the project developer for the Pegas project in Nha Trang city.

With a total investment of 1,250 billion VND, the Pegas project is expected to be one of the hottest real estate products in the near future of Nha Trang – the coastal city. According to the master plan, this is a high-class apartment/condotel project with 850 apartments and condotel covering all 38 floors of the building. The project is built on a total land area of 2,378m2 in Vinh Hoa district, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.
