On January 16th, 2019, King Crown Village, a high-class real estate project developed by Bamboo Capital Group (BCG), has officially broken ground.
With a total investment of up to 1,400 billion VND, King Crown Village, which also happens to be the very last riverfront villas project in Thao Dien area, is highly praised for its investment security and effectiveness due to the project’s location, construction and operation standards. The total land area is 9,125 m2 and comprised of 2 phases, in which 17 luxurious villas will be constructed in Phase 1, followed by a modern 25-storey building in Phase 2. BCG will participate as the project developer while the project owner is Sao Sang Saigon Joint Stock Company, which is also a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group.
Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam, BCG Chairman, said: “King Crown Village has always been designed and developed with heavy focus on its residents. We want to levitate a perfect and civilized urban environment where individuals are encouraged to connect to each other and to the community as a whole for success and prosperity".
With strict commitments to comply with international construction and development standards, BCG has collaborated with top-notch partners in Vietnam for proper project execution. Inspired by modern French architecture, King Crown Village has been designed by Zone Architect International and will be constructed by An Phong Construction Joint Stock Company. For financing, giant banks in Vietnam such as VietcomBank and Nam A Bank have been actively involved and thus assured capital expenditure for the entire project.
Not only being a French architectural masterpiece with upscale living environment, King Crown Village is also an attractive investment channel with uptrend potentials over time. Each villa will carry one-of-a-kind design and pieces extracted from four distinctive cities including: Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, and Monaco. In addition, villa owners will also be entitled to the privileged amenities from King Crown Thao Dien right across the street.
