On October 30th 2020, at InterContinental Saigon Hotel, Transportation and Industry Development Investment JSC (Tracodi) – a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group (BG) – celebrated the 30 years anniversary of establishment. Over 30 years of operation, with its achievements, Tracodi was honored to be awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to recognize the contribution in business activities and social charity works, which promote the country’s development.

Attending the ceremony include: Mr. Phan Van Sau – a member of Central Committee, Former Secretary of Soc Trang Province; Mr. Pham Huy Giang – a Standing member of Central Emulation and Commendation Council, Head of the Central Emulation and Commendation Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong – Deputy Director in charge of Administration Department 2 of Government Office; Mr. Pham Van Canh – Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Long An Province; Mr. Le Hong Nam – a member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Police Chief of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Bui Ta Hoang Vu – Chief of Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City; Mrs. Ngo Thi Hoang Cac – Vice Chairman of Department of Emulation and Commendation Ho Chi Minh City, Head of Department of Emulation and Commendation Ho Chi Minh City; the Board of Directors, Board of Executives with all employees of BCG, Tracodi and other member companies.
The ceremony started with an impressive Hologram performance illustrating Tracodi’s 30-year journey, marking a path of formation and development with many ups and downs on the branding path of the BODs and employees through each period.

The year of 2020 marks the 30th anniversary of Tracodi, yet it also marks the year that the management board and all employees have to face the Covid-19 pandemic, which has caused a lot of negative impacts to the economy, politics, society domestically and globally. This is a big challenge for Tracodi and all Vietnamese enterprises in implementing production and business plans of 2020. However, with an effective business strategy along with the strong, enthusiastic and determined work force, the BODs believe that in 2020 Tracodi will overcome the challenges, steadily develop and fulfill its mission, developing an efficient, safe and effective brand name.
As reported, Tracodi aims to achieve net revenue of nearly 1,924 billion VND which increases by 13% YoY and profit after tax of more than 101 billion which increased by 6.7% YoY. In fact, Tracodi’s 2020 plan is considered a growth compared to 2019, yet it is still somewhat modest to the capability of Tracodi. However, with the unexpected Covid-19 negative impacts on the business operation, the completion of this plan is entirely within Tracodi’s ability. Tracodi’s orientation for the period of 2020-2025 is to expand international cooperation and at the same time promote the trading sector to create new momentum for the Company.
